Clients need a clear baseline for performance in order to target change that will help them get where they want to go. That includes valid and reliable feedback targeted to your specific goals. A combination of self-report, 360-feedback, structured individual and collateral interviews and surveys can provide the data to create a clear direction for you and your team. Assessments may include the Leadership Circle Profile- or surveys specifically targeted to your needs.

Consulting

Consulting differs from coaching in that it involves directive advice or counsel. Sometimes companies need expert advice from a seasoned professional about anything from hiring practices to change management to strategic expansion. Having 20+ years experience working with companies in a wide range of business sectors, environments and scenarios I have a broad vantage point from which to support my clients.

Results Coaching

Relationship Coaching
