Client-Centered, Evidence-Based
Psychotherapy

Upgrade your mental health and wellbeing.

Many therapy frameworks rely on an outdated medical model that focuses on symptoms and pathology. As a result, too many providers are trained to approach their clients as problems to be fixed rather than whole, creative, and resourceful humans with the capacity for growth and change.

I work from a process-based framework that goes beyond the surface to focus on the underlying drivers of mental health and wellbeing.

I often integrate evidence-based interventions, including emotion science, neuroscience and attachment theory with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Because real transformation requires more than insight, my approach is informed by targeted skill development, experiential practice, and between-session practices that help you disrupt patterns that aren’t serving you.

Rather than rehearsing familiar narratives or trying to control thoughts and feelings, we focus on what actually drives behavior change: experiential awareness, in-session practice, and real-world application between sessions.

My practice is currently full with a waitlist. Please reach out for professional assessment, consultations, or supervision.

“Too often, psychotherapists see clients as broken or disordered. My approach moves beyond pathology to address root causes, so clients can build creative, purposeful, inspiring lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Contact me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an intake session. Prior to meeting, I'll send you assessments and forms to complete. Once I have scored and interpreted them, we'll meet for a clinical interview to review your history and the assessment summary. At the end of the intake, we’ll create a plan for our work together and prioritize our goals.

Please note: My practice is currently full. I am still available for single consultations or supervision.

  • Therapy is typically focused on life-interfering issues that require clinical expertise and professional experience such as chronic depression, unprocessed trauma, or severe mood dysregulation.

Coaching can be focused on wellbeing and quality of life or specific career goals and is designed for leaders and teams who are seeking a powerful partner to increase their wellbeing and performance—personally or professionally.

  • I primarily work online with clients who prefer to meet from the comfort of their home, office, or workplace. With advance planning, I can meet in-person and sometimes travel to clients at their workplace or on location.

  • Psychotherapy and coaching can be short-term or long-term based on your needs and goals. Some clients work on a specific problem that can be addressed in brief therapy or even a single consultation. Others want or need more intensive long-term support. During the intake session, I’ll provide an estimate for a treatment timeline.

  • No, I’m an out-of-network provider. However, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Depending on your coverage, you may be reimbursed for a portion of our sessions. Check with your insurance company first to make an informed decision.
